In order to deal with your booking we need to take personal details including your name and the names of all those travelling with you, as well as your personal contact details, date of birth, special dietary requirements, and any medical condition which may affect your chosen holiday. We use a secure server to encrypt all personal data you send us.
We will pass on only the information necessary to our local guides and suppliers (hotels, etc.). All other information will be kept strictly confidential.
We do not share your personal information with any third party companies or organisations for any purpose apart from that stated above.
Occasionally we may request feedback from you on your holiday after it has finished, and in such case may use such feedback in our marketing (including on our website or brochure) with your name, however we will obtain your permission in all cases.
We may use any likeness or image of you secured or taken on any of our holidays without charge in all media for promotional purposes, such as in brochures, slides, the internet and video shows.
We have appropriate security measures in place to protect your data. You generally have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you but such requests must be made in writing (by letter or e-mail). We may charge a small administration fee before complying with your request and in certain limited situations we may be entitled to refuse your request.
